CMN Solutions, LLC was founded in 2017 to fill a gap that organizations across New Jersey know well: the work of health education is essential, and there is rarely enough internal capacity to do it well. We exist to change that.
From nutrition practice to full-service health education partnerships.
CMN Solutions began with nutrition education programming, grounded in the clinical expertise of our founder, Anita Jalloh, MS. What became clear quickly was that nutrition does not exist in isolation. The communities and organizations we worked with needed more: chronic disease management, lead education, health literacy support, community outreach. They needed a partner who could deliver all of it without the cost or rigidity of an internal hire.
That insight became the CMN Solutions model.
Over nearly a decade, we have expanded from single-program engagements into comprehensive, long-term partnerships. We serve New Jersey municipalities, private sector organizations, and employers who need health education programming that is evidence-based, culturally grounded, and actually implemented, not just planned.
Our founder brings an uncommon combination to this work: clinical nutrition training, a background in communication and health literacy, and deep familiarity with the operational realities of both public agencies and private organizations. That combination shapes everything we build.
We do not hand off reports. We architect programs, execute them, and see them through, from community needs assessment to documentation suitable for PHAB accreditation, grant reporting, employee wellness initiatives, and organizational accountability.
